§ 10-1. County animal control ordinance adopted.

Latest version.

Pursuant to G.S. 153A-122, the town has adopted, in its entirety, the county ordinance entitled "Union County Animal Control Ordinance," as amended from time to time by the Union County Board of Commissioners, which has been and will be deemed adopted as a resolution of the town; and such ordinance shall be in full force and effect to the same extent as if set out at length in this section; and the ordinance shall be in effect within the town's corporate limits.
