§ 14-88. Grandfather provision for preexisting luminaries.

(a)

All existing lighting installed on or before the adoption of the ordinance from which this article is derived is "grandfathered" and therefore is acceptable as is and is not required to be changed.

(b)

Luminaries that undergo a change in light source, wattage or fixture housing must be changed to come within compliance of this article.
