§ 1-7. Altering Code.

No person shall change or amend, by additions or deletions, any part or portion of this Code. No person shall insert or delete pages or any portions thereof or alter or tamper with such Code in any manner, except pursuant to ordinance, resolution, or other official act of the town council, which will cause the law of the town to be misrepresented thereby.
