§ 58-11. One principal building permitted on single lot.

  • (a)

    Single-family residential district; duplex district. In any single-family residential district, one principal single-family dwelling unit or one mobile home and one accessory family dwelling unit and accessory structures shall be permitted on a single lot which meets at least the minimum requirements of this chapter. Accessory family dwelling units may not be permitted in the two-family district (R40-D).

    (b)

    Business district. In any business district, a detached building or a group of detached buildings shall be either permitted as a matter of right or may be authorized by a conditional use permit, pursuant to article III of this chapter, on a single lot which meets at least the minimum requirements of this chapter.
