§ 58-206. Zoning administrator.

(a)

The town council shall appoint an administrative official to enforce and administer this chapter.

(b)

It shall be the duty of the zoning administrator to interpret and enforce this chapter under the general supervision of the mayor. All decisions of the zoning administrator shall be in writing. Routine zoning permits may be issued by such other persons as appointed by the town council in the absence of the zoning administrator.
