§ 46-11. Statement by owner.

Latest version.

The owner of land within the jurisdiction of this chapter which is shown on a subdivision plat submitted for recording shall himself or through his authorized agent sign a statement on that plat stating that the land shown thereon is within the subdivision regulation jurisdiction of the town.
